Terms
- Rates are charged per room (not per person)
- Single stay is 80% of the nightly rate per suite
- Bookings are deemed confirmed only once a 50% deposit of total stay cost has been received.
- High season: October - April
- Low season: May - September
- Check in time is 14h00
- Check out time is 11h00
- Rates are calculated in SA Rands
- Rates include 14% VAT
- Rates exclude sundry expenses such as laundry, mini-bar, bar tab, meals other than breakfast, transport etc.
- Prices are charged per night stayed
- Minimum booking period is 2 days
- We welcome children of all ages in Ubuntu Lodge but require that they be adult supervised at all times
- Children 12 years and older are welcome at Nosipo Lodge
- Positive ID must be provided upon registration
- We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards
- We regret that cheques are not accepted
- For internet payment and bank transfers positive bank proof of payment must be provided
Short term lets
We offer short term lets (1 month or longer). For this, rates can be negotiated, but must be paid IN FULL in advance. Please contact us for further information.
